Every piece is made to order. Production takes 1–3 business days before your order ships.
- Netherlands: €4.95 — delivered in 4–5 business days
- European Union: €4.95 — delivered in 4–6 business days
- International: €7.95 — delivered in 7–14 business days
Tracking is provided for all orders.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items with original tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items — in which case, return shipping is covered by us.
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@maisonpassager.com. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
Sizing
If you're between sizes, size up — our cuts are intentionally oversized.
